Winter is coming to Norfolk.

So, it's been roughly a week since I was last on here, and thankfully I can honestly say it's been a good week... Ish. I'm still going through some.. personal issues I think would be best describing this, and as a photographer, I have been using my practice to keep me busy and getting back into something I enjoy most. Winter is slowly creeping in along the North Norfolk Coast. The Season has finally come to an end - no more holiday makers roaming the streets and blocking our way into and out of Hunstanton, and many of the regulars will know that the winds pick up, The Wash becomes more dark and rough and the coast changes dramatically. This also means Photographer's Paradise...

I managed to escape the household and venture off around the coast to Thornham. With my trusty camera and tripod I set up the shots and enjoyed the stroll along the dust track / harbour (with also a cheeky pint at The Lifeboat Inn). I will admit, that these shots are not the best in the genre of Norfolk Landscapes, however it is a starting point for me. I need to learn more about getting the right exposure for moody skies and detailed foreground. On the whole... They're my pictures and I like them - I need to get back into doing what I love!
